Vacuum Conveying

Pulian's Vacuum Conveying line brings together the company's negative-pressure material handling and proportioning equipment. The family includes the Vacuum Loader Machine (AV Series) and Vacuum Powder Loader Machine (AVD Series) - both covered by utility patents - the Vacuum Suction Tube (AVM Series), and two blending accessories, the Slide Gate Proportioner (AC Series) and Double Cylinder Proportioner (ACB Series).

The AV, AVD, and AVM loaders draw granules, pellets, or powders through enclosed piping using vacuum airflow, delivering material directly into machine hoppers, dryers, or blending units without open scooping or manual transfer, which helps keep the work area cleaner and reduces dust exposure.

The AC and ACB proportioners work alongside the vacuum loaders to meter virgin resin against regrind or masterbatch at a set ratio as material is drawn into the line, giving processors a simple way to control material blend ratios feeding into injection molding or extrusion machines.

This equipment is suited to polyolefins, engineering resins, masterbatch, and recycled regrind used across injection molding, extrusion, and compounding operations where clean, enclosed material transfer and consistent blend ratios matter.
