Airflow Conveyor

Pulian's Airflow Conveyor line is a family of blowers and pressure-feeding components that supply the positive-pressure air used to drive pneumatic material transport, rather than a single complete conveying system. The lineup includes the Quiet Technology Steel Blower (AB Series), Aluminium Blower (ABA Series), Root Blower (ABR Series), High Pressure Blower (ABH Series), and the Positive Pressure Assisted Feeding Pipe (ABT Series).

Each model serves a different role: the AB Series is a low-noise steel-bodied blower for general duty, the ABA Series offers a lighter aluminum-body alternative, the ABR Series is a roots-type blower built for steady higher-volume airflow, the ABH Series is intended for higher-pressure duty, and the ABT Series is a feeding-pipe accessory that uses assisted positive air pressure to help move material along a conveying line.

These blowers are used to push plastic granules, pellets, and regrind through sealed piping from a source point - such as a central silo - to one or more destination receivers, and are particularly useful for longer conveying runs or centralized systems feeding several machines.

As air-source components, the right blower is selected based on the required airflow, pressure, and noise or energy constraints of the plant, and is typically paired with Pulian's vacuum loaders, feeding separating points, and silo or hopper equipment to form a complete material supply system.
