Slow & Silent Granulator
Pulian's Slow & Silent Granulator line is built for applications where noise, dust, and heat generation during size reduction are a real production constraint. Rather than a broad family, the category currently comprises two dedicated models, both running at reduced rotor speed to cut noise and processing heat compared with standard high-speed granulators.
The Slow Speed Silent Crusher AH Series is the base model in the line, using a low-speed cutting action to produce regrind with less noise and less frictional heat input into the material than a conventional high-speed granulator — a benefit for heat-sensitive resins as well as for noise-sensitive work areas. The Slow Speed Silent Granule Cutter AHP Series builds on the same low-speed principle with a design specifically aimed at dust-free cutting, making it suited to production environments where airborne fines are a housekeeping or safety concern. Both models carry Pulian's utility patent.
As with Pulian's other granulator lines, output granule size is adjustable through screen selection, and the cutting chamber is designed for accessible blade inspection and replacement to support ongoing production.
The AH and AHP Series are a good fit wherever lower noise and lower dust are priorities alongside standard granulation performance — including general injection molding and extrusion regrind stations, and multi-shift central granulation areas where sustained low-noise operation matters.
