Conveyor C-series

Pulian's Conveyor C-series is a line of compact, short-run conveyors used mainly alongside injection molding machines to move molded parts, sprues/runners, and regrind. The series includes four standard model sizes - CA-2000, CB-2000, CC-2500, and CD-2500 - plus a range of task-specific configurations built on the same platform.

The standard models share a compact belt-driven frame roughly 1.7 to 2.5 meters long and about 300 mm wide, an adjustable working height (roughly 900-1250 mm on the base units), a small 60-90 W drive motor running on 110V or 220V, a belt speed adjustable from 0 up to about 8 m/min, and a unit weight of roughly 30 to 48 kg depending on the model.

Beyond the standard units, the line also offers specialized variants: Rotary Board and Rotary Separation Conveyors that use an adjustable gap to separate molded parts from runners, a Slope Conveyor by Board, a Rotary Conveyor Without Power with self-sliding rollers, a Conveyor with Metal Detector to keep metal out of downstream granulators, a Conveyor with Nylon Net to reduce dust, a Static Electricity Eliminate Conveyor, and an Angle Adjustable Conveyor with a slope adjustable from roughly 30 to 40 degrees.

This makes the Conveyor C-series particularly well suited to press-side handling and sorting tasks at injection molding machines, where compact size and the ability to separate parts from runners or screen out contaminants matter more than long-distance transport.
