Pulian's Screw Conveyor category covers a family of enclosed, mechanically driven conveyors that move bulk plastic materials gently along a defined path, avoiding the material attrition that can occur with high-velocity pneumatic transport. These conveyors are built around a driven screw or chain element inside an enclosed housing, with the drive motor, housing diameter, and length selected to match the required throughput and layout.

The line is well suited to transporting plastic powders, granules, compounded pellets, fillers, masterbatch, and recycled regrind in compounding, film manufacturing, and pipe extrusion operations, particularly where dust containment and gentle handling of friable or heat-sensitive materials are priorities.

Because there is no high-velocity airflow involved, screw and spiral conveying also provides a steadier, more consistent material flow than pneumatic alternatives, which can be useful when feeding batching or metering equipment.
