The Master Batch Weighting Dosing Unit SC-series (Gravimetric Dosing System) is designed to accurately measure and dispense masterbatch, additives, and other functional materials into plastic processing lines. The SC-series is offered in SC2, SC3, and SC4 configurations, corresponding to 2, 3, or 4 independent dosing hoppers that allow simultaneous metering of multiple material components. Across the range, rated throughput spans roughly 50 to 500 kg/h per model, with batch sizes from about 1 kg up to 8 kg depending on configuration, and drive motors from 0.09 kW to 0.2 kW.
