All Purpose Granulator
Pulian's All Purpose Granulator line is the core of the company's plastic size-reduction range, offering production plants and recyclers a family of general-purpose crushers built to turn runners, sprues, rejected parts, and other production scrap back into usable regrind. Rather than a single fixed design, the line spans several dedicated series so that customers can match the machine to their specific feed material and production layout.
The range includes the Power Crusher A Series for standard heavy-use granulation, the Economical Crusher JW Series for cost-conscious production lines, the Wide Inlet Crusher S Series for bulkier parts that need a larger feed opening, the Wet Type Power Crusher AW Series for washed or moisture-laden scrap, and the Dual-Chamber Crusher AT Series for higher-throughput two-stage cutting. Specialty models round out the line, including the Tangled Runners Auto Separator ATZ Series for scrap that tends to knot and jam standard hoppers, the Automatic Proportional Mixing Crusher AM Series for blending regrind with virgin material at a controlled ratio, and the Auto De-Powder Crusher AS Series for separating fine dust from the finished granulate.
