Spiral Conveyor AF-series

Pulian's Spiral Conveyor AF Series lifts plastic granules and pellets vertically through a compact helical conveying path, offering high-throughput vertical transport in a small floor footprint. The platform covers several sizes and related configurations, including the AF-2000 and AF-3000 spiral models as well as U-shape (AFU) and flexible (AFS) variants built on the same conveying principle.

Published specifications show, for example, the AF-2000 running a 2 HP drive with a 6-inch tube diameter over roughly a 2000 mm length, and the AF-3000 extending that to about 3000 mm at the same power and diameter; other variants, such as the AFU-2000, use a wider 10-inch tube for a different flow profile. Across the family, available options span roughly 1 to 10 HP drives, tube diameters from 3 to 16 inches, and lengths from about 300 to 6000 mm, allowing the unit to be sized to the required lift height and throughput.

The enclosed helical design is well suited to polyolefin pellets, engineering resin granules, masterbatch, and recycled regrind used in extrusion, injection molding, and compounding operations, particularly where floor space is limited and gentle, low-drop handling of the material is preferred.

Standardized diameter and length increments simplify configuration and ordering, while custom heights can be engineered for non-standard elevation requirements.
