Double-Story Crushing AZS-series

Pulian's Double Story Crushing AZS Series is a heavier-duty two-stage crusher for feedstock that needs more cutting force in the primary stage than Pulian's standard double-story models — for example thicker sections or more structurally rigid parts.

The current model, the AZS40-900+S-600E, uses a 60 HP top layer (with a 3 HP hydraulic assist) built around a Ø400 mm rotor turning at 73 rpm, with 52 rotary blades, 6 stationary blades, and a Ø50 mm screen for the primary crushing stage. Material then passes to a 25 HP bottom layer with a Ø300 mm rotor, a 600 × 360 mm inlet, running at 540/650 rpm with 9 rotary and 2 stationary SKD-11 blades for final granulation. The complete unit measures 4785 × 2088 × 4550 mm and weighs approximately 6,400 kg.

This higher-power primary stage is designed to sustain throughput on feedstock that would stall a lighter machine, while the independently sized secondary stage still delivers consistent, screen-controlled granule output for reuse in molding or extrusion.

The AZS Series suits processors handling larger-format or tougher plastic scrap, including automotive and industrial parts, where a standard single-stage or lighter two-stage granulator is not sufficient.
