Pulian's Iron Filings Shredder AZB20-360 is a compact shredder built specifically for iron filings and similar metal-mixed swarf that would quickly damage the blades of a standard plastic granulator.
The AZB20-360 runs on a 2 HP motor turning a Ø200 mm rotor at 20 rpm, with 15 rotary blades and 1 stationary blade sized for controlled, low-speed contact with metal-mixed material rather than high-speed cutting. Output passes through a Ø20 mm screen, giving the machine a rated capacity of roughly 50-120 kg/hr. The complete unit measures 900 × 600 × 1280 mm and weighs about 350 kg, making it a compact addition to a metalworking or mixed-scrap line rather than a large industrial installation. It is part of Pulian's Metal Fillings Shredder AZB Series and carries a utility patent.
