Recycled Material Automatic Feeder AN-series

The Recycled Material Automatic Feeder AN-series is a compact feeding unit designed to deliver regrind or recycled plastic material into the hopper of downstream processing equipment such as extruders or injection molding machines, supporting steady material flow without constant manual refilling.

The series includes the patented AN-75 model, with a 7kg storage capacity, 165x165mm housing dimensions, a 215mm height, a Ø75mm tube diameter, and a 1/2HP motor paired with a 1HP frequency inverter, and the AN-100 model sharing the same storage capacity, housing dimensions, and height with a larger Ø100mm tube diameter. The AN-series sits within Pulian's Mixer Series product family.

This feeder is suited to recycling and reprocessing lines handling regrind, flake, or granulated recycled plastic where a compact, machine-mounted feeding solution is preferred over a large standalone hopper system.
