Flip Dump Elevator Conveyor

Pulian's Flip Dump Elevator Conveyor line covers two products for moving bulk plastic material from floor level up to an elevated hopper, silo, or machine inlet and then releasing it through a tipping or dumping action: the Container Tilter (AU Series), which is covered by a utility patent, and the Z Style Bucket Conveyor (CZ Series).

The Container Tilter lifts and inverts a full container or box of material to dump it directly into a receiving hopper, removing the need for manual box handling, while the Z Style Bucket Conveyor carries material vertically along a Z-shaped path using a bucket-and-chain or belt system before discharging it at an offset outlet - a useful configuration where floor space around the elevation point is limited.

This equipment is valuable in plastic recycling and injection molding operations where granules, pellets, flakes, or regrind collected at floor level need to reach elevated processing or storage equipment without manual lifting or forklift-assisted dumping.
