Swing Blade Pulverizer GPR Series

Pulian's fine-grinding line in this category is the Swing Blade Pulverizer GPR Series, which uses a high-speed swing-blade rotor rather than a hammer-mill mechanism to reduce plastic material down to a fine, screen-controlled powder for applications that need powder rather than millimeter-scale granules.

The GPR Series spans six sizes to match different throughput needs: the GPR-3 (3 HP) and GPR-5 (5 HP) share a Ø320 mm rotor with 12 blades, running at 2800 rpm, with capacities of roughly 10-80 kg/hr and 30-150 kg/hr respectively; the GPR-20 (20 HP) and GPR-30 (30 HP) step up to a Ø450 mm rotor with 24 and 32 blades and capacities of 50-200 kg/hr and 100-250 kg/hr; and the GPR-50 (50-75 HP) and GPR-100 (100-125 HP) use 40 and 64 blades on Ø450 mm and Ø600 mm rotors respectively, reaching up to 200-350 kg/hr and 300-500 kg/hr. All models accept a maximum feed size under 20 mm and produce a grinding size in the 10-40 mesh range.

Across the range, screen selection is the primary tool for adjusting output fineness, and the larger models scale up motor power and rotor size to sustain higher throughput at the same target mesh range.

This series is suited to producing fine plastic powder for applications such as rotational molding, masterbatch production, and general compounding where a dry, screen-sized powder feedstock is required.
