Roller Frame & Edge Trim Rolling Machine

Pulian's Roller Frame is a take-up system used to collect continuous film or sheet edge trim waste produced during extrusion, blown film, cast film, and thermoforming operations, winding it into a compact roll for reprocessing or disposal. Without an organized take-up system, loose edge trim creates housekeeping hazards and can disrupt the primary production line.

The Roller Frame is offered as auxiliary equipment alongside other Pulian line-side systems such as the slide base for injection molding machines, horizontal hydraulic balers, and hydraulic lift platforms, allowing it to be specified as part of a broader auxiliary equipment package for a film or sheet extrusion line.

It is applied in blown film lines, cast film and sheet extrusion, and other thermoplastic film operations where organized edge trim collection is needed.
