Food Processing Mixer Machine

Pulian's Food Processing Mixer Machine (BT Series) is a drum/tumbler-style blending unit designed to achieve uniform mixing of ingredients, additives, or colorants within a batch, suited to the hygiene and consistency requirements of food and food-contact material processing.

The BT Series spans seven standard sizes — BT-5, BT-10, BT-25, BT-50, BT-100, BT-150, and BT-200 — with batch capacities from 5kg (20 liters) up to 200kg (600 liters) and drive power from 1/2HP up to 2HP, so a suitable size can be matched to batch volume requirements. Optional configurations include an inlet/outlet rotary type, a dust hood, a hexagonal mixer variant, a V-type mixer, and the BTB-50 dual-chamber bag-type tumbler mixer for specialized blending needs.

These mixers serve producers of dry blended ingredients, powders, and food-contact resin or additive blends where batch-to-batch consistency is required, as well as related pharmaceutical and chemical powder blending applications.
