Film Storage Tank ST-2500F-series

The Film Storage Tank ST-2500F-series is an intermediate storage solution engineered for plastic film materials in continuous recycling and processing lines. Positioned between upstream feeding equipment and downstream processing machinery, it acts as a buffer that helps maintain steady, uninterrupted material flow and reduces line stoppages caused by inconsistent film supply.

The tank is constructed of SUS304 stainless steel with a machine size of approximately φ1450 x H2200mm and is driven by a 3HP motor. It incorporates a dust-containment ("Dusty Function") design and is fitted with three string-tied filter bags (2500mm in length) for fine particulate control, helping keep the surrounding work area cleaner during operation. Sensors mounted at the top and bottom of the barrel feed a dedicated control system, allowing operators to monitor material level and coordinate feed timing without constant manual checks.

This storage tank is suited to facilities handling PE, PP, and other film-type plastic materials, including post-consumer and post-industrial film scrap, where a stable intermediate reservoir is needed ahead of washing, pelletizing, or compounding equipment.
