Double-Story Crushing AGA-series

Pulian's Double Story Crushing AGA Series offers a range of two-stage crushers sized to different throughput and part-size requirements, giving recycling operations and manufacturers a choice of capacity within the same two-stage design concept.

The line currently includes three models. The AGA39-600 pairs a top layer with two 3 HP motors, a 600 × 390 mm inlet, and SKD-11 blades on a Ø180 mm cutter, with a 10 HP bottom layer running at 620/730 rpm; the complete unit is 1580 × 2060 × 2340 mm and weighs about 2,500 kg. The AGA50-600 steps up to two 15 HP top-layer motors with a 500 × 600 mm inlet and a Ø240 mm cutter, paired with a 30 HP bottom layer at 540/650 rpm, in a 1650 × 2200 × 2600 mm frame weighing about 3,100 kg. The AGA63-750 is the largest of the three, with a 40 HP top layer, 750 × 630 mm inlet, and Ø300 mm cutter, paired with a 40 HP bottom layer, in a 2500 × 2500 × 4130 mm frame weighing about 4,680 kg. All three use SKD-11 blades and a 3-claw, 6-rotary/2-stationary-blade secondary stage.

As with other models in Pulian's two-stage range, the primary stage handles oversized or bulky input while the secondary stage produces consistent, screen-controlled granule sizing.

The AGA Series suits recycling yards and manufacturers processing a range of scrap sizes, from smaller parts up to larger-format plastic components, in general thermoplastics such as HDPE, PP, and ABS.
