Belt Conveyor

Pulian's Belt Conveyor line is a family of compact, belt-driven units for moving plastic granules, pellets, and flakes across short-to-medium distances within a production line. The lineup comprises four standard series, each built for a different transfer geometry: the Incline Conveyor (CA Series) for lifting material to an elevated hopper, the Horizontal Feeding Conveyor (CB Series) for feeding material into a machine, the Horizontal Discharge Conveyor (CC Series) for carrying material away from a machine, and the Z Style Conveyor (CD Series) for combined lift-and-offset routing in tighter layouts.

Across the standard sizes, these units share a compact frame roughly 2 to 2.5 meters long and about 300 mm wide, an adjustable working height, a small 60-90 W drive motor running on 110V or 220V, a belt speed adjustable from 0 up to about 8 m/min, and a unit weight of roughly 30 to 48 kg depending on the series and size selected.

The belt conveyors are suited to PE, PP, PVC, ABS, and other plastics in granule, pellet, or flake form, and are commonly used in injection molding, extrusion, and recycling operations to bridge machines that sit close together on the factory floor.

Their low-profile frames and modest power requirements make them easy to fit into tight inter-machine gaps and to pair with Pulian's other peripheral equipment, such as granulators, dryers, and hoppers.
