Pulse Dust Collector SFA-series

Pulian's Pulse Dust Collector (SFA Series) is an industrial pulse-jet bag filter unit designed to continuously capture and remove airborne particulate matter generated during plastic recycling, pelletizing, grinding, and processing operations. Instead of relying on manual cleaning or scheduled downtime, the system uses timed compressed-air pulse jets to periodically clean the filter bags in place, maintaining stable airflow and consistent dust capture without interrupting production.

The SFA Series is available in four standard sizes — SFA-3, SFA-5, SFA-7.5, and SFA-10 — with motor power ranging from 3HP to 10HP and filter area from 14 to 50 square meters to suit different airflow volumes (roughly 2,200 to 8,000 m3/hr). Across the range, purification efficiency is rated above 99.95% and operating noise is kept below 75dB, giving processors a compact, factory-tested dust collection solution that can be matched to the duct size and dust loading of a given production line.

The Pulse Dust Collector is well suited to pelletizing lines where polymer fines and angel hair become airborne, as well as grinding and shredding operations that generate coarse, abrasive dust. It is applicable to polyolefins, PVC, PET, ABS, engineering plastics, and blended compounds, and can be selected as a standalone unit or paired with other Pulian conveying and separation equipment.
