Conveyor Granulators DNS-series
Pulian's Conveyor Granulator DNS Series pairs a spiral conveyor infeed directly with a granulator cutting chamber, giving production lines a single integrated unit for delivering scrap into size reduction without separate manual handling.
The current model, the DNS-350V, uses a 5 HP granulator drive turning a Ø180 mm rotor at 320/390 rpm, with a 350 × 220 mm inlet, 6 rotary blades in a 3-claw arrangement, and 2 stationary blades. A dedicated 1 HP spiral conveyor, 1500 mm long, feeds material into the cutting chamber at a controlled rate, reducing the erratic feeding and rotor overload that can occur with manual infeed. The complete unit measures 1540 × 920 × 1440 mm and weighs approximately 450 kg.
As with Pulian's core granulator range, screen selection controls output granule size, and the cutting chamber uses replaceable blades for straightforward maintenance.
The DNS-350V suits production lines — such as injection molding or thermoforming operations — that generate a steady stream of scrap and want to reduce manual handling between the process and the granulator.
