Masterbatch Color Mixing System

The Masterbatch Color Mixing System is Pulian's product family for blending masterbatch concentrates and additives with base resin at the point of processing, giving processors control over color and functional properties without relying on pre-colored compounds.

The line includes several dedicated feeder and mixing types: the Volumetric Masterbatch Feeder SB-series, Gravimetric Masterbatch Feeder SC-series, and Loss-in-Weight Masterbatch Feeder SL-series for metering masterbatch at different accuracy levels; the patented Immediate Recycling and Blending AN-50 series and patented Screw Feeding with Immediate Mixing AN-75 series for inline mixing at the machine throat; the Blender SBM-series and Rotary Valve SBR-series; and the Slide Gate Proportioner AC-series and Double Cylinder Proportioner ACB-series for proportioning applications.

This range supports thermoplastic processors across injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding who need flexible options for dosing color and functional masterbatches directly at the processing machine.
