Scrubber Exhaust Treatment

Pulian's Scrubber Exhaust Treatment range covers a family of air pollution control equipment designed to remove odors, gaseous contaminants, and fine particulate matter from process exhaust before it is released to atmosphere. Rather than a single design, the category groups several distinct treatment technologies so processors can select the method best suited to their exhaust composition.

The line-up includes the Spray Tower (AEL-S Series), which uses liquid spray contact to wash contaminants out of the exhaust stream; the Activated Carbon Deodorization Box (AEL-A Series), which adsorbs odor-causing compounds onto activated carbon media; the Plasma Deodorization Box (AEL-P Series), which uses plasma technology to break down odor and volatile compounds; and the UV Photo-Oxidation Purifier (AEL-U Series), which combines ultraviolet light with oxidation to purify exhaust air. Each series can be specified independently or combined into a multi-stage treatment train depending on the pollutant profile of the process.
